Here's a another little project I've worked on as well as the clutch covers.
As we all know the plastic ignition covers on our husky's distort with age and especially so when the screws are over tightened.
Anyway here's my effort at producing a cast and cnc'd ignition cover.
As allways, complements or constructive criticism are welcome.

G.day
Look good did you make a sand cast ? Did you mill husqvana in ,or cast it and mill it later?

Yeah the initial piece is sand cast and then cnc machined.
Husqvarna was milled in after the face was flatted and skimmed off.
