I need a DG pipe and plastics for a Yamaha YZ125 H 1981.

Hi, Alistair Maxwell in Finley is the Australian Dg distributor, I was speaking to him the other day about his prices as you could get a pipe and muffler over from the states cheaper than his prices. He has dropped his prices due to the dollar, so i picked up a dg muffler for a mate for $150 instead of the $195 he was originally asking.  Hope this helps.

i sent him an email on wednesday he rang back on thursday. he has mached the usa price and postage 345.00aud for a cr250m pipe del to my door.thuy are 200.00 us at the moment.its about 50.00 dearer than i can get from the usa but i dont have to weight 3 months either
try him again

I just rang Maxwells again and got the man himself on the phone.
He will have a DG pipe to me in two weeks.
Cool, I guess you just have to keep on calling some times.

Ji, how much did he end up charging u?  im thinking i might buy the pipe and muffler to suit my 465h project now while things are a bit cheaper, would be interested in comparing prices.

Hi Ji...got my DG pipe and muffler from Alistair. Top bloke. He has had a few medical issues and a little toddler of late...so i guess that is why he hadn`t responded. Just make sure he sends you the DG muffler ( and not the afternarket one he also stocks ) or it will not mate up to the pipe

Got my plastics from Peter Schoene...the Bultaco guy in Melbourne...he`s in VMX mag

Hi Ted,
I will get him to send me a DG stinger when they come in in a few weeks time. Alastair told me that they sell for about $150.00. These are the oval shaped alloy fully repackable.
How much did you pay for your DG exhaust pipe?
Mudpugs paid $150.00 for his.

Looking forward to seeing this pipe on the bike with an alloy stinger.

Might even go a bit better seeing how the old header is dented in.
