Are these motors useful?

A friend has come across a BSA motor in a swing saw. Are they any good or useful for spare parts?

   Years ago they used them in Swing saws and Cement mixers it was a toss up between them and the

    Villiers  motor back in the day a few made it into the back of Go Carts as well.
