News worthy I thought as a dealer putting on an event which looks to be a crowd drawer / pleaser.
Not that I know the man but I know he's a regular in here so he's passionate about bikes old and new.
Nice one mate. Hope it's a roaring success.

Bionic - someone who can talk all day, all night and all the next day - about getting shit done.
Ran some really good meetings in the very early days of VMX; bought my first TM off him too.

Excellent stuff. I'm sure the event will be a major success. There are heaps of dirt mad riders and racers in the Hunter region and with free access for spectators, the place will packed.
Arrogance.....A way of life for the those that having nothing further to learn.

I'm going to do my best to be rolling around in the 50+ class.
It will be a bet each way on my semi vintage 2004 KTM525SM (converted SX)

I'm certainly keen to support any event that has an over 50yo class.
I wonder if Bionic is planning to ride.

See how slow this bike/rider combo is on the street here:

(Actually, older, and even slower now...)

I raced my old KTM for the first time in 7 years.
I didn't crash or come last - super stoked!

Well done to everyone involved.

Kyesy Thomson did well last week he was riding Classic Dirt with his Dad.

"Had a great weekend at the Australian super motard title racing right on the water of the Newcastle harbour coming away with the senior 250cc class winning 4 out of 4 races and qualified 6th out of 51 in the 450 class and was running 5th until I got stuck behind a lapper and made a mistake trying to pass and ended up 7th then in race 2 I got hit off the the track and came from 28th to 10th which I was happy about then in the next one I clipped the inside barrier and shot me into the outside barriers and come off so I ended up with a bad cork in my thigh but still enjoyed the weekend I would not be able to it without my Sponsors Crazy Dogs Kawasaki, Shell Advanced Racing Oils, Moto National, Kwala ,TYRENWHIT EARTHMOVING, Blue Tongue Helicopters, Performance Thumpers, Davison Investments Tate Engineering and Hardface Technologies Mick and Kylie Cook ,the Whale family ,Ross Nisbet for prepping my bike and Lynne and Carl for the support the last 2 days and the generous Hall family and the Pickering family for the accomodation and to my mum and dad for their hard work"
