Buy a new Domino, might be easier to get them through a KTM dealer (250/300 2T). Get the matching cable as well. Not cheap but the best.

Honda repro's are easy to get & many brands to choose from, but the front pull which see's the cable sticking way out forward is just screaming to get caught in another bikes handle bar in a close encounter, even worse on vinduro bikes where tree branches & scrub are waiting to get you. If you don't want a side pull & must have a genuine, I'm 90% sure I have a good used CR125M throttle assy  here.

If being original is not important, I've used Motion Pro Vortex throttles on many bikes for years with no problems.

I have a side pull Domino from a KTM SX85 coupled to an XR100 throttle cable on my '74.  Fits perfectly and has a very quick action.
If you love it, lube it.
