TE 510
« on: June 14, 2014, 08:23:59 PM »
I bought a 510! what a monster...1984 in pretty good knick. it was a NSW reg (can make out some of the letters on the rear guard) any way of tracking old owner with NSW rego boys? it appears to have marked parts on the engine which is interesting. all the running gear is in good condition, all the nuts and bolts are like new (no maintenance :o) start well and is pretty snappy on the throttle.

thanx to mustang graham for assitance

hopefully take it for a spin soon.

Congratulations John, its great to see when someone gets hold of something they have long wanted and lusted for. That bike was so good it really does deserve a life of being spoiled and ridden in anger once again  :) Cant wait to see it flying around a Vinduro loop sometime soon  :D

Cheers, Brendan

So that was the big secret. Good job, I may have some header pipes for one of those here somewhere or they may have been tossed. No doubt I'll find them when I'm looking for something else.
