It's Steve Cramer Products in Australia.
Most people seem to by from the UK. ;)
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

0395809465 Ohlins Australia

If you want them to be custom made for you do as Nathan said and ring Steve.

But be warned Steve, not only will a fine Ohlins shock totally outperform your Maygo, it will outlast it by 10 to 1.

They may also out-perform your wallet..I had the chance to deal with SCP in relation to "old" Ohlins..and found them (Steve himself) to be less that helpful..

its a shame you had a negative experience with Steve Cramer. I have spoken to him several times over the years in regard to Ohlins, in particular Vintage Ohlins, ie ITC etc, and he was always very helpful and courteous, even taking the time to help with valving specs. Bear in mind he does run a importing business, and sometimes our enquiries regarding what are very important to us may not be that important to him when he is very busy.

On the contrary. Give him the information he requires, pay the money and alls good.

Nothing hard in that ;)

Yeah.. I "spoke" to him about a shock shaft for an ITC Ohlins.. I sent him the dimensions of the shaft..at his request..
he came back with..nup got nothing like that.. you will have to buy a later model shaft..
keeping in mind the "uniqueness" of the ITC mechanism.. in my opinion a later shaft would not work.. anyway ..bought a new shaft from the UK at about a third of the price that SCP wanted for something that would not work anyway.. Anyway ..all good.. I got what I needed eventually..just wanted to support "local"..

I found Steve good to deal with on two sets I got .

He was a bit slow on the first set to get made up but I wasn't in a hurry at the time.

I buy Ohlins parts from SCP very regularly, never an issue and Steve is very knowledgeable. Maybe those who've had no joy rang on "one of those days".

I got Ohlins parts from here http://www.husqvarna-parts.com/catalog/item/3736874/10096156.htm and this place http://www.huskyclub.com/ohlins.htm ofers custom build shocks for just about any vintage bike. Got quoted around $1200 plus postage a pair about a year ago. Web sites offer a fair bit of information and for some reason(just my opinion) American businesses are happy to help even with smaller orders. I find that some local businesses dont have lot on their web sites and arent that keen to help when it comes to smaler orders and are usualy more expensive. Have not tried anyone in UK but the shipping costs to Australia are sometimes cheaper than US shipping prices. Anyone happy to share any UK Ohlins part suplier details?
