250 H YOU CAN RUN ANY NUMBER YOU LIKE AT A CLUB MEET. YOU ONLY HAVE TO CHANGE AT A NATIONAL MEETING IF THE REGISTERED RIDER TURNED UP .

Thanks ELSYZ.  That makes it much simpler.  I doubt I will ever get to a nationals, so its all too easy.
It's obviously easy to check who has what at the club.
