CR125 intake manifold
« on: June 25, 2017, 06:20:01 PM »
Just wondering if those reproduction intake manifolds for the early CR's are any good? With the originals no longer available I don't have much choice, just wondering if they were like most modern rubber products that seem to perish in no time even if properly stored.

The DC plastics one is a good Product. Use a CR250 one on My  81 Maico 250.

Remember that as with both the 125 and 250 CR Honda.

There is One for the Stock Carb and another if you are running a big Carburetor.

The options are only for early M models I think ;)

Ordered one from everybodies favourite MX parts supplier. Paid much more than one out of the states but I wanted it in a hurry, didn't want to wait 2 weeks for it. No surprise I haven't seen it yet 2 weeks later.

That would be because they haven't ordered it from the place you would have used yet

If you love it, lube it.

If you ordered it from a place in Finley N.S.W.  Do not hold your breath.

Ordered some Maico Parts  from them.  Arrived 6 weeks later.

Similar part you ordered from DC Plastics .  10 days. Normal Post.

I have a person that has seen his stock. He has none. See his Maico site.

He gets a lot of his Maico stuff from So Cal.  They operate in the same way.
