1973 CZ 380.

I'm posting this for a mate who's selling it for a customer. It's a 1973 CZ 380 in what appears to be in pretty good "barn find"condition, complete with mandatory bird shit on the seat! The forks are rust and chip free, the engine kicks over nicely with good compression and the frame appears to be straight and unmolested. The seat is good and the tank is an aftermarket plastic item and even though one is missing in the photo, the bike comes with two shocks! The bike is a matching number,one owner unit that's seen very little action. The front tyre is the original issue Barum!
Other than those details, I don't know much else about the bike.

These old bikes still keep coming out of the woodwork. I heard of a CZ sidepiper 360 being uncovered only last week and my sons mate just found a rough but restorable Mk4 Bully Boat tail for $350 on the central coast. The bloke made hime take the spare motor and wheels as well. Who was it that said that all of the old bikes are gone? They're still out there kids, it's just up to us to find them.

one owner unit, one owner not really he bought it from a bloke down nowra now edgar owns it that make`s three.good compression it has.why doesn`t edgar get it running he may not what to sell it then.

Mick..I'm only reporting what I was told. It's not Edgars, it's owned by a customer of his and I don't think Eds quite into CZs despite his rather eclectic collection. It looks OK to me but I think it's all the money at that price.

if its is the same bike he only paid 1400 for it which would of been a better buy i think
