I was going to say WA earlier ,but not too many travellers out there
Collie track has all the above and can also cater for 1000 campers/canteen etc etc,but the track has a bit of deep sand which some don't like.
just a suggestion
I love to travel as its my holiday combined with vmx

Matt is most welcome to come visit/camp with our family in the rolling green hills,bit of different land scape for him.Australind Train runs 18km from us, twice a day from Perth.
We also where in Newman spending time desert racing(80-88),still have many friends from those days.

This is excactly what happen to Bike Australia (Phillip Is) riding gear,some one bought there gear and over sold on them .They have pulled out of e.....y
pricks every where
