bit unusual Curtis, are the spindles rotating in the cover?,(or rockers seized to them),maybe a fair bit of oven heat allover, then jar the cover on a block of wood see if that moves them outwards enough to grip them?? :P

finally an embarrassed husband goes to his doctor, tells his doctor he's having trouble getting an erection,& it's causing problems with his wife
the doctor checks his blood pressure,& other vitals, all seemed fine, after a thorough examination, doc asks to see his wife
when she arrived, doc places her in another cubicle, then asks her to disrobe, then asks her to rotate slowly, then raise her hands above her head & rotate slowly again, then he asks her to touch her toes,& cough, having finished his examination,he then asks her to dress, leaving her he goes back to the waiting husband in the other cubicle,
you can relax now, theres absolutely nothing wrong with you,i couldn't get an erection either!!

Yamaha / Re: Dimensions of yokes for Yamahas with 36mm forks...?
« on: November 30, 2017, 05:30:23 PM »
The 60mm offset ones are from the inline axle forks. The leading axle TT/XT500 clamps will have  a lot less offset than 60mm.
onya LW,set me another task  ;),your'e correct, leading axle top trees 20mm offset, JP, the h/bars are angled back on fixed risers, with just enough fork clearance, :P

Yamaha / Re: Dimensions of yokes for Yamahas with 36mm forks...?

forks are 36 in the trees!,centres 185,offsets 60,stems 25,(but bottom bearing surface is 30 dia),overall length is 230,it's removeable from lowers,(pressed?,& clamped), :P

just ran a ruler across XT/TT front end,the 36 forks will clear the h/bar clamps, just!,about 2mm innit, these are the "stepped" forks,(reduced between the triples), :P
