Hi, you can still get brand new heads 250 and 360 TP's
     saw them at 250 euros,
the barrels are cast iron, pretty sure they are made  from T18 Russian tank armour plating.
your local machine shop will hate boring it, they are so ****ing hard, but isn't a
     hard job to resleeve
$4 large,    I'm not sure they are that rare,

Hi Yes ,
1 , No linkage suspension,

2 , No disc brakes

3 , Air cooled motors

All major components must be from an Evo Eligible Bike,

Or is this too simple ,

Ps, I now have  an Evo bike  ,

Tech Talk / Re: CZ ignition timing
« on: November 27, 2014, 11:04:39 AM »
Hi, the reason you  use a degree wheel on the crankshaft to set the timing , and finding TDC is because , when the piston moves just 0.016mm at TDC the crankshaft rotates 4 degrees !
Setting TDC  using a "piston stop" and degree wheel method is an accurate way to be within  0.004mm ! I'll bet  you cant do that with a screw driver down the plug hole !
