Suzuki / tyre size for a 125

I am looking for a tyre for a RM 125b, and i am a bit confused with tyre sizing. The suzuki manual tells me that the rear tyre for this bike is a 4.10 x 18. But i am having trouble finding the "metric equivalent". To make selection a little easier for me what size tyres is everyone else running on their 125's ?

The bike will be used to race so maybe I will look at something that will be up to the job.Is it possible to rebuild the original remote reservoir shocks that they came out with in the day? With a leap in technology would this be an option?

I am after some advice with a small problem I am having reassembling a RM 125B motor.
With the crankcases together the crankshaft turns freely, but as soon as I start to tension up the engine case screws the crankshaft becomes difficult to turn. It will still rotate but there is a noticable difference ,it doesnt turn anywhere as free as it should.
What do you think I might be doing wrong? Cheers..

Cheers Vandy and over the hill . I will check the coils and see if they are around the mark. If they open circuit or faulty for whatever reason are other coils interchangable.e.g yz 80 or yz 125 ? Thanks.
