Husqvarna / VForce3 for Huskys
« on: August 20, 2014, 08:03:34 am »
I have VForce3 reed systems available for reed-equipped vintage Huskys. Easiest way to add torque and HP to your Husky. I do not lurk here often, so please contact me by email [email protected] or see my website Huskydoggg.com. Thanks!

Husqvarna / Re: Be afraid - Husky CR 500 on eBay
« on: May 01, 2012, 12:54:00 pm »
Be afraid? Yes, I would be afraid to buy that bike. Just another cosmetic fix-up. Certainly not a restoration.
What does "engine and frame detailed" mean? It means rattle can paint job to make it look good on ebay to buyers thousands of miles away. No mention of important items like the bearings, seals, piston, what bore it is on, connecting rod, trans gears, etc. If you can't see the parts, they don't matter on fleabay.

Sorry, I can't do anything about Canada Post. However, I can provide my very best service and very reasonable parts prices. Hopefully that offsets some of the shipping costs and delays.
I sell parts all around the world and I must say the Australians are the absolute best. You guys love your Huskys and know how to have fun. Cheers.

On Husky forums around the world there are people reporting that they've been ripped off by HVA factory. Personally, I lost over $1000 to these crooks.

My freshly rebuilt '74 CR400 measures about 0.025" endplay. I looked at two 400 parts bikes and they are about the same.

That "Guy in Amerika" is actually me in Canada. Bit of a surprise to find my photo posted here.
I was having trouble finding parts for a Husky rebuild until I found a retired dealer with a hoard of bikes and parts. He couldn't be bothered to look for parts, but eventually relented and said "Take it all or none!" I took it all. Forty Husqvarnas and a good stash of new parts.
