Title: 1974-77 Suzuki TC185 Countershaft Sprocket
Post by: crew67lm on August 23, 2017, 10:32:59 AM
Hello all,I am trying to find a Suzuki part no. 27511-29100. That is a 12t countershaft sprocket for a 1974 thru 77 TC185.
Anybody got one? Maybe even a very, very good condition used one.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info,but...
That claims to be a listing for a TC sprocket but the picture is for a TS sprocket.
The TC sprocket has 18 fine splines.
I have a picture of one,but I don't know how to add it to this message.
Also,JT has never had a TC sprocket in their catalog.

Part # 27511-29100 was used ONLY on the TC185. What a pain in the bum but TC185 did that to a few parts but sometimes used GT bits but not in this case. Best option is to take the three shaft measurements and see what JT have to offer.

Or

Find a mate with a lathe and a welder . Cut the centre out of a stuffed sprocket and another sprocket with good teeth and then have them welded together.
