I rode a ceezee at classic dirt and was blown away by how quick and simple to ride they were.

there is a short clip on the utube channel "riders in the scrub" of that ride

Hi, you need a 74 250 or 400 (380) but use a 71 72 73 Black frame with a 74 swingarm, , plenty of new  parts  available for them , without the Maico/Husky cost.
cheers

Pretty much same as I have, just picked up a 74 swingarm.
As a point of reference on cost of parts, rod kits $109us, genuine piston kits $120 us from memory out of Poland. Compare that with prices for most other bikes

They are very nice bikes to ride. Have plenty of power. Rode my uncles 75 CZ 380 Falta only 3 weeks ago. She goes realy nice. He owns it since brand new. Been trying to buy it of him for ages. He just will not sell it  :'(  You should get one if you can. Good luck

71 frame should be same as 73 so you basically have a 73 anyway. What style of tank is it running?

Best bet will probably be to buy a new plastic 1 from the states rather than wait for Maxwells/VMXUnlimited to get you 1 in, I run a Falta tank but finding 1 that I could afford took a long time & then it cost a lot to get panelbeaten.
Have had a few problems with stopping the tank cracking through it making contact with the frame.
Do you know if the damper rods in the forks are standard or moto-x fox replica alloy ones? Fitting emulators to black frame forks aren't the easiest due to the wall thickness of the tubes increasing below the bottom yoke
I'm sure you'll enjoy the bike, especially the extra leg room over things like elsinores. The GP seat kit is money well spent on any coffin tanked bike, is about 50mm taller & firm, main thing is that it lines up with the top of the tank rather than below like the standard seat does
