I think you will have to use a later model Honda 125 ( Possibly 81?)
 and have a stepped pin made

This is the P/N 81/84 CR125 rod that is used as a replacement.

The crankpin is 22 mm versus the 20 mm of the original so some machining is necessary

Hi,  Hotrods  part number 8162, fits  Honda CR125  81 to 84 ,Suzuki RM125  84 to 86 ,any good Engineer can fit it , machine the crankshaft pin hole to suit larger crank pin .

saw a 125M rod kit on Marks or evil bay in the last week or so
