A few bikes to get rid of Haven't been ridden for a couple of years so it is time to clear them out. Pm for pics. All bikes have been described as best as my memory can deal with.
YZ250 '89
Was ridden in Viper series 2 years ago and then engine was rebuilt and hasn't been used since. Ready to race.
Rebuilt engine including new rod, bearings, piston and rings, clutch. All engine cases hydro blasted.
Nos plastics fitted (have a few scuff marks from being ridden)
New seat cover.
New swing arm, shock and head stem bearings.
Chain and sprockets good.
Renthal Bars.
Tank is discoloured.
Probably plenty of bits that I have forgotten to mention.

YZ490 '86
This bike hasn't been ridden for about 3 or 4 years. Pulled it out and put a NOS piston and rings in it. Fired it up but it seems to have an electrical problem, it starts easy enough and runs but once warmed up it starts to pop and bang a bit. Fuel tank is discoloured.
Had a NOS cylinder fitted before doing 2 seasons of Viper, and engine was also rebuilt with all new bearings, clutch plates and engine cases hydro blasted. All suspension, swingarm and head stem bearings were replaced. Had new plastics fitted and just about everything else replaced. The frame had already been painted black and the seat recovered in black also when I bought it so I didn't bother changing them back to red. Had a new 38mm mikuni carb fitted because I couldn't find spares for the original 40mm carb.
Has plenty of spares including the original cylinder, head and some pretty crappy engine cases. Spare CDI and ignition which may fix the problem but I cant be bothered

KX250 '89
This one has a lighting coil fitted and has lights to comply with REC rego so I have a long range tank on it and barkbusters and stand is fitted also.
Engine has just been fully rebuilt with an FMF aftermarket rebuild kit from the states which included new crank, rod, piston, rings, bearings and gaskets. Also put some new clutch plates in, replaced one of the engine cases because the drain plug was knackered and had a good primary drive gear fitted.
All the swingarm, head stem and shocks feel good. Brakes are good and chain and sprockets are good. Has a couple of small tears in the seat cover. The Exhaust has a fairly big dent in it and could do with repairing or replacing.
I also have the original tank and a spare rear guard and front number plate so it can be put back to the original MX style pretty quickly.
