Still for sale, won't waste time with eBay again, open to sensible offers (over $3000) but I will list it with the VMXWA website too.

I can't race it and now that Marc has broken his wrist quite badly (I don't expect he will be delivering mail again until december at the earliest) it won't get used this year or next year since this was to be his last year too, unless someone else buys it. I have sent an email to Alison to put it up on the club website so it will be on there soon. This is the only way it can be bought for now...

For some reason that little bike ticks all of my boxes.........
*It's extremely neat and presentable. I'm so over rattlecan restos.
*It looks factory, the sign of a well done special.
*The TM125/185 combo is a noted success, Jens Olsen pioneered the combo back in the day and still wins on one today.
*You couldn't built one to the standard of this bike for the money.
If I was under 90kg, under fifty years of age and looking for a good little racer that won't wear me out I'd be considering this little beauty. Who was the newby that couldn't find a decent pre '75 bike for his 3k and stormed off in a huff when we tried to help him out? This is a perfect little racer that he must have missed. It's a pity you have to sell it CG but I hope you eventually get your money for it.

anyone with half a brain wanting to get into vmx should grab this bike. I can only imagine that the fact that it's in WA has been the reason it hasn't sold.
-
I agree this is a great bike with a lot of work gone into it.Transport could be an issue but it could be done cheaply as a backload item to the east.Slighly off topic,I thought it would have sold in the west given the strength of their pre 75 club.
-
If it had been ready for sale before CD7 it could have been freighted there for only $150 leaving an empty crate for a VMXWA member to take something home, there's always next year whens CD8? ;D

Obviously you had me in mind with this post ::). Yes I have been considering it.
3 problems - I already have 11 bikes (8 still projects for restos), the missus (refer problem 1) and the $3500 that I don't have. I would have bought it in a snap as I don't have a pre 75 and a lot of the scene over here is pre 75. Sadly EVO is a little missed out (apart from pre 85) over here.
I'll start saving (dollars and brownie points) ;D ;D

I don't think it will be sold anytime soon, I may consider a partial trade for something I can licence for the road ;)

To be honest the hardest part is convincing the missus I need ANOTHER bike ;D ;D
The only road bike I have is a '99 Fireblade. That is QLD still and not quite vintage yet ::)

Use the Golf club excuse: "You wouldn't expect me to play a round with just ONE club would you?" ;)

I would love to own that bike. Another great opportunity. All the hard yards done, and ready to rock n roll. That's the way to buy them. I cut my teeth on these little Suzi's. But sadly I just had to sell this road ready one last night to keep the MDF in forward motion(Maico Dreams factory).

Bloody nice bike CG .early model heavy head late model clutch and lots of genuine period goodies trick brake pedal... TM125 frame ? sure looks the goods ..
long way from brisneyland but still a lot of hard earned pennies have gone into that little bike and anyone buying it has a bargain. I know how much it must have cost getting an outfit to that stage of completion and finish.
id make you an offer but the bike is still not on the eastern side of the world .. good luck mate and again . bloody nice bike , looks better than mine although my 185 is well under 90kg flexy frame and all and I think she has more than has a few ponies more, strictly a weekend fun forest ride but yours sure has the presentation.
Snap it up guys.
