CZ 400 74 model pivot pin removal

Having heaps of trouble with this little sucker.
Any hints or tips much appreciated.

It will be rusted to the rear engine mount, get the engine out & try heating the engine mount where it goes through a few times.
You should be able to remove the swingarm & mount in 1 piece which should make things easier
New pins & bush assemblies are easy to get, advertised on ebay quite often

Never had this problem myself but it's not an uncommon problem, someone will no doubt reply later on that has been through doing this

Have had a similar problem with Huskies - our CZ was no issue. But tipping it on the side and spraying penatrine in on a daily basis for a week or so will help then as mentioned add heat and steady as she goes.  All the best Pete
