I have had good luck with a concrete Dyna bolt, select one with the tightest fit in the bearing, do up the nut to lock in the bearing id, Clamp the bolt in vice grips & tap up on the viceys, works for me ;) ;) :) :)

Wanted a pipe in usable condition for a racer for any model CR125M, stock or aftermarket, Not DG thanks, I have one already, Also a good set of shocks like Works performance etc , Also looking for a frame or roller, basket case etc :)

Grahame Boyd’s bike shop has gone into receivership unfortunately. I wonder if this is related.



Ah that's no good, I hate it when bike shops go under, Tough industry ;), I wonder what's happening with his VMX collection?  He has some nice stuff :)

        The only sensible thing to do is turn the track into a track that will suit pre 90
        You know like Take the top off the jumps just push it into the low spots to get
        rid of the bog holes at the bottom make it more user frendly .
        Why change the Pre 90  rule when it would be easyier to change the track  .

Never has been, you could run a 2000 model dt200

drum brakes, air cooled , nonlinkage suspension= simple.
I liked the 400 n suzuki in the day.

Maybe the head gaskets :-\, I have a Mitaka rod in one of my bikes & clutch baskets, plates & springs in 2 so rate there products but never used there gaskets, not for any reason just never did, Are you using the correct head nuts not the acorn type?  They can bottom out on the threads before pulling down properly on the head, they will torque up of course but the force is on the stud not the head, Old bikes hey, just when you think all is good they pull some other crap on ya  ;)  :)

They did exist, probably quite rare. Found this in Google, Shinobi branded.

For water pumps the road guy's use a little electric pump which seems to do the job as they only do short races.
   There ya go, very interesting, sounds like the MTR top end mentioned above maybe easier to locate than the Shinobi  :)

was looking on google images and stuff and came across a 83 cr125 that had the frame painted blue and it looked sick.


It's your bike to do whatever you like but the original frame colours always look better in the long run ;),  If you decided to sell the bike down the track it will be way more desirable, Only my two bob, As I said it's your bike just some food for thought, The exception is if you are building a team replica bike & they had different coloured frames :)
