Ashley Wilesmith posted this on FB this morning, check the Woodlands Speedway FB page for news and info about the meeting

Great news the Temora motorcycle club will be hosting the 2015 Aussie classic dirt track titles ,date yet to be confirmed, we will be holding the post and pre classic classes as we did in 2013 will keep you all posted ASAP.

That is good news Foss. I see that the debate on tyres and dates has already started
elsewhere. Good on the crew at Temora. I hope it is a huge success.

GDR, the debate on tyres is occurring on FB here. https://www.facebook.com/groups/OzVMX/393579537491435/?notif_t=group_comment_reply    I won't be going if the tyre rule holds. I won't say any more on the subject as I said it all in 2013. The meeting will be a cracker as the organizational skills of the Temora club are great.

Great news! Temora club ran a fantastic meeting last time, looking forward to going back again. (At least we get to use all those trials front tyres again that we had to buy in 2013!) Hopefully the date will be announced soon.

Go Temora! This is all very positive. Now all they need is support from
everyone involved in classic SHORT CIRCUIT (dirt track). If people keep being
negative about things, eg:- track surface, dare I say it ,..tyres, classes, etc. etc.
clubs and committees will stop putting their hand up to put the meetings on.
Go for it !!!!!

Yep, Mark although I strongly disagree with the tyre rule, I will do everything that is available to me to publicise and support the meeting. From all accounts the 2013 meeting was a cracker and so will the 2015 be.

Yes it's true, the Temora club will be holding the 2015 Australian classic titles on the 26th and 27th of September 2015, yes it will be both a classic and post classic title meet and yes it will be a TRIALS tyre / speedway tyre only meeting oem wheel sizes...... We are hoping to make the 2015 title meet, bigger and better than our last effort in 2013
Please support us in our best efforts to keep classic dirt track alive in Australia

And just a friendly little hint that if you turn up with trails tyres on this year expecting to race...... I will personally tell you to f$&k off, it's a simple rule to make it cheaper and easier for "everyone" I am no different I also have to use trials tyres..... So if you don't like it don't ride..... SIMPLE isn't it ;-)

Has the club asked MA the RCB for these Championships if they will approve the conditions the club wants to put on the tyres to be used and include them in the sup-regs. 

Also Ash if you are a licenced official (or competitor) I wouldn't be threatening to tell fellow competitors to "f$&k off" .  I suggest you read the "Code of Conduct" on page 356 of the MOMS.

How about the club states clearly (on this forum now) why they want to have these tyre restrictions.

That's fair enough ktm47, maybe I shouldn't have wrote it down quite like that.... But atleast they understand, we as a club are trying to keep classic dirt track alive and when we get put down by a few people who have not ridden on the track at all, letter lone raced on the track at the 2013 titles when we raced under the same tyre rule...... It does become quite annoying.

i had a great time in 2013
 everyone that rides dirt track has the right tyres alreay on there bike i have not changed my tyres on my triumph pre 65 bike and they were ok at nepean and temora
so i for one will be entering
