Thats a badly modified 74 model , look at the swinging arm pivot , waisted forks and tank stickers

Apart from that very original and complete .be a good buy at 7 K

It's pretty much all there but needs someone pretty handy at fabricating and welding to put the frame and swingarm back to '74 specs.
Could be made into a nice bike but at a price...

Steve Roberts in Wanganui still has the jig he used to alter the 74 models to 75 spec in the day for Colemans .

He has reversed a couple of 74 LTR conversions here . Does a fantasic job but it ain't a cheap exercise

That gap in the seat always does my head in.. its like the bikes long as a chopper.. and shorter..... its not a good look in my opinion

Some bikes of the 70`s had a cap between the seat and the Tank, Husky have it my bsa B50 Mx has it. Freaky your a young buck you should know these thing as you race pre75 bikes. Jap bikes later had the seat moved up onto the tank, that was to save your nuts getting crushed and for the rider to move his body closer to the front. 70`s era bikes look much cooler than 1980 plus model bikes.

I remember as a kid watching Calder Rallycross on channel O, Gary on the Suz up against the crappy CZ's of Morlang & Ryan; had a TM125 at the time, I was rootin for Gaz :-)

But since meeting Karl & Bernie in later life, I now change my mind :-)

I think that a twin carb Puch will set the bench mark price for rare pre '78 bikes, if you were to ever see one on Ebay.

Pre78 classes are being looked at, at the next weeks club meeting, which I feel will be excepted. There is a very nice complete running Rh 250 1975 here in Geelong that never is seen and used.

I know where there one taking shape as well. We could start our own RH Club. Just a thought, what is the point of owning anything nice to just look at and admire. You would have to use (ride) it to really appreciate the item.
