G'day all I was just wondering how many of you blokes have this brand of dirtbike I have a Indian with a 125 minarelli motor in it.
-
Hey Jimson, I've still got my "gunna get round to it" Indian 125 stored in a gypsy caravan along with a Jawa 250 & a pile of bones off other things. Dunno what they get up to in there but it sure smells funky everytime I open the door up.
I intend to see if I can do something with the Indian, it's just back in the queue a little. So tell me, how does your 125 go & whats the gearshift behave like?. I guess I'm interested in it's general behaviour & reliability before I get too serious about my own one.

G'day Eno to be honest the old Indian has'nt been fired up yet its still in the build stage I've got a parts bike at GMC's place the professer is building a pipe and some foot pegs for it so if you need these bits he will be jigged up for them. Its got a early TS front end on it and a DT swimarm cut and shut to fit Road & Race built the motor for it some time ago and said the motors are fast for pre 75 19hp.

G'day viewers just thought I would keep the dream alive 8) its been a while but his a pic of the Indian when I brought it home from the tip and the other pic is after the frame was blasted and the TS triple tree was put in I've changed the swing arm to a 70s DT1 as the other one looked a bit weak the pics are ass about face but you get the picture. jimson

Hey cool jimson, thanks for sharing. How could a CZ owner not be seduced by the look of that motor.
Hmmm must roll up a smoke & stare at my pile of Indian.

G'day Eno the little Indian is looking a lot better it has a lovely looking GMC pipe on it now 8) .I'm not sure to put a 19 or a 21wheel on the front now :-\ jimson

Garry does the shift shaft still feel "preloaded",it's shift arms mechanisms spring loaded against the shift drum,if it feels loose, maybe the springs circlips done a runner? :-\,there are no adjustments,it's all internal, :P
