COOKARDINIA VINDURO Saturday 19th October 2019

Entries are now open for this years event.

For those who haven't attended the event before, the loop is approx 16kms in length and is a nice mix of open and tight natural terrain sections, with an extended grass track. It is a MUST DO event on the Vinduro calender.

This will be a 1 day event with riding on Saturday only.


On a serious note one of our HMSC members Derek Lewington was recently involved in a serious life changing motorcycle accident. Derek has been instrumental over the years with his

involvement to help make Cooka such a successful event. This year we will passing a bucket around to raise money to support Derek and his family on the road to recovery.


Entry to the property will be available from 1:00pm on Friday the 18th October, 2019.

The club will be putting on a BBQ on Saturday night. Can you please indicate with your entry if you require dinner as we are counting numbers for catering.

Camping will be available on Friday and Saturday nights ONLY NO CAMPING SUNDAY NIGHT.

In keeping with our rolling 25 year criteria this event is open to all bikes manufactured up until 31st DEC 1994 (Pre 95). Sorry NO follow on models.

Bikes must have a headlight fitted but does not have to work.

To enter the event you must contact me via email and notify me if you are attending and if you require a 1 Day Rec Licence.

If you don't reserve a licence then we may not have enough licences on the day and you will be unable to ride.

To ride at this event you must be as a minimum 16 years of age, with a parent or guardian consent, and NO you cannot double children, friends, girlfriends, cats or dogs around the loop.

You Need to E-Mail Your Name, address and contact details and if you require an Event Licence or Not and if you wish to purchase dinner on Saturday night.

Entry Cost        $90.00 (Includes Event Entry, Motorcycling N.S.W Weekend Event Licence only, HMSC Membership)
Entry Cost        $60.00  MA licence holders (Includes Event entry, HMSC Membership)

Friday          Gates Open Mid Day for Set up and Sign ons ONLY, NO test and tunes in the camping area.
Saturday      Rider briefing, loop open 8:30 am, Sign Ons continue.
Loop Close  5.00/5:30 pm or earlier depending on numbers of riders out riding the loop and visibility.

Only 1 Camp fire is allowed but Gas Heaters are welcome.

You will need to bring plenty of drinking water and food for the weekend.

Toilets will be on site in the camping area.

All Rubbish must go home with you...Please don't leave your rubbish behind.

Well another season of successful VTR events has come to close  but don't despair. For those still looking for more there is still one more event on the NSW Vinduro Calendar.
Cookardinia Vinduro will be held on Saturday 19th of October. The event is run a little different to others. The format is based on a rolling 25 year bike eligibility criteria. That means if your bike is built before 1st January 1995 you are eligible to enter. Cookardinia Vinduro is the only event on the NSW calendar that recognises the modern and vintage era bikes. So if you have a dirt that you can't normally ride, bring it along with your old clanger aswell.
