I fitted a xl 500 82 chain slider i had lying around. Kawasaki told me NA .
It needs 2 small brackets knocked up to bolt it on top and bottom as the honda one screws  into the swing arm rather than the klx style which has a tab welded top and bottom. Not stock, but the bike is being used..

Finally got a photo of the other side of the mystery wheel.

I reckon Noel nailed it - its 1970s Honda 125 - but I could be wrong.
